About the Role

The Wellness Center is a key feature of the Strong Mind 5K, providing participants and spectators access to wellness resources, education, and community partners aligned with athlete well-being.
The Wellness Center Coordinator oversees planning and on-site coordination of the wellness village. Responsibilities include communicating with wellness partners, assisting with booth layout and logistics, and ensuring the area remains organized and welcoming on race day. This role helps create a positive and engaging experience for both partners and attendees.
This role is ideal for someone interested in wellness, community engagement, or event coordination.

Requirements

Experience & Requirements
  • No degree required

  • Experience with vendor coordination, wellness programs, or community events is a plus

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple partners

  • Available for race day coordination

Time Commitment:
  • Pre planning support

  • Full availability on race day

About the Company

The National Association for Athletes’ Mental Health (NAAMH) is dedicated to supporting mental health awareness, education, and resources for athletes. The Strong Mind 5K is our inaugural in-person event, bringing the community together to move with purpose and support athlete well-being.
