The Strong Mind 5K is the first in-person race hosted by the National Association for Athletes’ Mental Health (NAAMH). This community run/walk brings together athletes, families, teams, and supporters to raise awareness and funding for mental health in sports.
Proceeds from the event directly support NAAMH programs, including the launch of our Mental Health First Aid program, athlete wellness workshops led by mental performance coaches, and expanded access to mental health resources for athletes at all levels.
Where Your Sponsorship Dollars Go
Sponsorship support for the Strong Mind 5K directly fuels programs and services that advance the mental health and well-being of athletes. Funds raised through sponsorships help cover the essential costs of producing a safe, high-quality community event—such as permits, medical services, equipment, insurance, and race operations—while ensuring the majority of proceeds are reinvested into NAAMH’s mission-driven work.
Specifically, sponsorship dollars support the launch of NAAMH’s Mental Health First Aid program, upcoming educational and wellness programs, and workshops led by certified mental performance coaches.
