COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Strong minds are built in strong communities. The Strong Mind 5K is designed to create space for connection, education, and action—bringing together athletes and supporters to advance mental health in sports.
Get Involved
The Strong Mind 5K is more than a single day—it’s part of a growing movement to prioritize mental health in athletics. Through participation, fundraising, sponsorship, and community engagement, the event helps expand access to mental health resources and build stronger support systems for athletes. Every step taken and every connection made contributes to a healthier, more informed athletic community.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to creating a safe, supportive, and successful event. From race-day operations to wellness village support, volunteers help guide participants, provide encouragement, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Volunteering at the Strong Mind 5K is a meaningful way to give back, connect with the community, and directly support athlete mental health initiatives.
Athlete & Team Engagement
Athletes and teams are at the heart of the Strong Mind 5K. Teams from youth, club, collegiate, and professional levels come together to run, walk, and fundraise in support of mental health in sports. Team participation builds camaraderie, encourages open conversations, and empowers athletes to be advocates for their own well-being and the well-being of their teammates—on and off the field.
