About the Role

Operations are essential to delivering a safe, organized, and positive event experience. NAAMH prioritizes thoughtful planning and smooth execution for the Strong Mind 5K.
The Operations Coordinator supports logistical planning and race-day operations. Responsibilities may include assisting with site layout planning, coordinating setup and breakdown, managing supplies, and supporting course operations. On race day, this role helps troubleshoot issues, coordinate with other coordinators, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and working behind the scenes.

Requirements

Experience & Requirements
  • No formal education required

  • Prior experience with logistics, sports events, operations, or team coordination is helpful

  • Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet

  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

  • Willingness to assist where needed

Time Commitment:
  • Some pre-event planning support

  • Early arrival and full availability on race day

About the Company

The National Association for Athletes’ Mental Health (NAAMH) is dedicated to supporting mental health awareness, education, and resources for athletes. The Strong Mind 5K is our inaugural in-person event, bringing the community together to move with purpose and support athlete well-being.
